Jennifer Stevens

President & CEO

Founder of Rocca, Jennifer is a natural-born creative. She never lets logistics get in the way of extraordinary ideas and continually pushes the team to think bigger.


  • With nearly 20 years of experience in strategic communications, public relations, event planning, and fundraising, Jennifer has provided expertise and guidance to dozens of nonprofits, foundations, government entities, associations, and corporations.

    Before becoming a small business owner, Jennifer started her career in politics on the 1994 George W. Bush for Governor Campaign and went on to serve in a variety of capacities. In her last political campaign, she served as Campaign Manager for United States Senator John Cornyn in the 2002 election.

    A dedicated and active supporter of the Austin community, Jennifer serves as Board President of the Susan G. Komen Austin Affiliate as well as on the boards of the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce, the Seton Fund’s The Fifty, Austin Gives, and the Foster Angels of Central Texas. She is also a member of the 1883 Council, The Forty Acres Society, the Robert S. Strauss Center, and the Texas Lyceum.

    Jennifer is a native of Denton, Texas, and a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. She resides in Austin with her husband Don and three children Morgan, Mikie, and Elle.

Beth takes exceptional pride in her work, approaching every project with the same level of commitment and enthusiasm no matter how big or small. She continually pursues innovative ways to deliver value beyond expectation.


  • Building strategic relationships professionally for over ten years, Beth is skilled at turning opportunities into success for her clients. She brings an incomparable resolve to problem solving and excels at creating win/win solutions. But don’t let her level-headed demeanor fool you. Beth gets the job done on time every time and makes sure every “I” is dotted and “T” is crossed throughout the process.

    Prior to joining Rocca, Beth managed the marketing and vendor relations department for a publications distributor.

    A former Texas State Bobcat, Beth earned a BBA in Marketing from San Marcos. She calls Cedar Park home along with her husband Gideon, daughter Adilyn and dog Bizkut. Outside of work, Beth enjoys discovering good food and spending time with friends and family.
